One of my proudest moments was helping create configuration profiles that solved real challenges for NDI manufacturers. Knowing we reduced over 80 percent of their support issues and saved them significant cost was incredibly rewarding.

One of the highlights of my journey has been seeing the products I work on in customers’ hands. I combine engineering rigor with product leadership to make complex tech reliable and easy to use. Being part of that legacy of trust means a lot to me.
