4. Conditions of Participation. To enter the Promotion, you must meet the eligibility requirements and complete an entry. 5. Eligibility and Method of Entry. Promotion is offered to legal residents of the fifty States of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older. The Promotion must be entered by completing the online customer survey form provided during the Promotion Period. Only one entry per person is allowed. Automated, bulk or third-party entries are prohibited. NETGEAR employees, officers and directors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. 6. Selection. NETGEAR will randomly select one person from all of the entries received. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

7. Prize. The Winner will receive one $50 Amazon Gift Card. Any expense not specifically stated as being included in the prize is the sole responsibility of each Winner. NETGEAR may substitute the prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value or with the equivalent cash value. All taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize and all charges and incidental costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of each Winner.

8. Identity of Entrants. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account submitted.

9. Use of Entries. Your entry becomes the property of NETGEAR and may be featured in future NETGEAR advertising and promotions. NETGEAR may use and publish your entry in all media and types of advertising and promotion of NETGEAR products and services, and may contact you directly with marketing or other information.

10. Notification.NETGEAR will notify each Winner by the e-mail provided in the entry form no later than ten (10) days following the selection of the Winner. NETGEAR is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification due to inactive email accounts, technical difficulties associated therewith, or a Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. Each Winner must then respond to NETGEAR within three (3) days of NETGEAR’s notification. Should a Winner fail to respond to NETGEAR within three (3) days, NETGEAR may disqualify that Winner.
