We ship to most locations within the United States as well as to Military (APO/FPO) addresses. All orders will be shipped via FedEx. PO BOX and APO/FPO can be shipped via USPS Ground only.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Total delivery time includes the processing time until the order ships, plus the expected shipping time for your order. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Ontario, CA. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders sent as gifts will include your gift message. No pricing will displayed in or on the package.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your NETGEAR purchase or gift for any reason please review our return and exchanges policies below.
Netgear.com purchases of new products can be returned within 30 days. Refurbished products can be returned within 90 days. All returns must be done by mail and will be refunded to the original form of payment. Products must be returned in new or like new condition. Items bundled together as part of a Promotion must be returned together. Online orders cannot receive price adjustments. If you did not purchase your merchandise from netgear.com, we cannot process your return—please contact the seller for return information. Exchanges are only available through mail and via our Contact Center agents. Please contact us at 1-866-202-8242.
How to Make a Return by Mail
- To start your return, you’ll need to call our Customer Care team at 1-866-202-8242.
- Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and NETGEAR box (if available).
Otherwise, package your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage during transit.
- Place the Prepaid Return Label included in your package on the box. If you cannot find your prepaid label, please call Customer Care at 1-866-202-8242 for a new label.
- Drop off your package to a FedEX location.
Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days once the item has been shipped back.
Gift Returns
If your item was a gift and you’d like to return it, the return process is the same as above. An even exchange for the same item is possible if the item you received is verified by us as damaged or defective.
