The Orbi 970 Series is worth every penny!
Pricy but well worth it. I have a 2600 sq ft house and a 1800 sq ft garage with no more dead zones. My Orbi 970 Series was very easy to install and setup. I kept the same WiFi name and password and all my devices reconnect with no issues. I highly recommend the Orbi 970 Series in black. I like it in, it’s not so loud. For me the white stands out too much. That is just a matter of taste.

Very Pricey But Very Well Worth It
My Orbi 970 Series in black looks really cool. The setup was very easy. I keep my older Netgear router name and password which made the transition seamless. I did get a third satellite because of the large area I needed to cover. The reach on the router and satellites is incredible. I have 4300 sqft to cover with no died zones, all on one level. Yes it is pricey but if you can manage it it’s well worth it. JUST DO IT!

Waited decades before I wired my house
I waited decades before I wired my house. Now that I finally have I don't need to. The new 970 series mesh instantly made my CAT 6A wiring virtually obsolete. Definitely outperforms my old Orbi system. By the way, I design wireless networks for a living. My pick for home wifi! Super easy setup.

Excellent Upgrade for large property and detached metal shop
After four years with our Netgear Orbi AX6000 Wi-Fi 6 mesh system (router/4 satellites), we upgraded as we updated our electronics. While a competitor’s high-end system from a large online shopping website offered excellent speed and reliability in our house, it couldn’t reach our metal shop 30 feet away—something our old Orbi managed, though not perfectly. We switched to the Orbi 970 series (3-pack), which successfully provided a solid signal to both our home and shop, even without the need for extra satellites, with speeds up to 3x faster. Setup via the Orbi app was also much easier than before. For covering a large property or detached shop, this system is highly recommended.

THE Best WIFI 7 Mesh System on the Market!
No, it's not inexpensive however YES, it's hands-down THE BEST WIFI 7 mesh system you can buy today. I always purchase NETGEAR products because of their SUPERB RELIABILITY and excellent PRODUCT SUPPORT. I love the simplicity of the Orbi App. It did a great job during the initial install, and again during the addition of a third satellite (I have a LARGE AREA for coverage). The Orbi App also did an excellent job handling the most recent firmware update. It was totally seamless. I upgraded from the NETGEAR RBS 850 WIFI 6 mesh system and the increase in speed and coverage with the RBS 970 Series is phenomenal.

I just installed the Orbi 970 series in my house and more than quadrupled both speed and coverage throughout this 4000 sq ft house with lots of thick walls! Works incredibly well!

So much faster!
We upgraded our office mesh system from an Orbi system we've been using for three years to this new 970 series. It's night and day difference and so much faster for both download and upload speeds. Our office will be more efficient with faster internet and wifi.
