APAC is one of the fastest-growing Pro AV markets in the world. New enterprise campuses, broadcast facilities, hospitality developments, and higher education institutions are coming online across the region at pace, and the shift to AV-over-IP is accelerating alongside them. NETGEAR Enterprise has been part of that story for some time. We are now investing more deliberately in being a bigger part of it.
Three things are happening at once, and together they reflect how seriously we are taking the opportunity.

We have appointed Surajit Sen as Head of Enterprise Business for APAC. Surajit is a seasoned technology executive with a strong track record of building enterprise businesses across Asia-Pacific, and his remit is broad: growing our regional partner and distributor network, expanding enterprise sales coverage, and leading Pro AV-over-IP adoption across key APAC verticals.
“We are at a turning point for Pro AV-over-IP in this region. Enterprises want intelligent, connected infrastructure that delivers extraordinary experiences instead of complexity. Our expanding regional team and partner ecosystem puts us in the right position to lead this market”, says Surajit Sen, Head of Enterprise Business, APAC, NETGEAR Enterprise.
Surajit’s appointment is a signal of where NETGEAR Enterprise sees this region going and how seriously we intend to be part of that growth. “Surajit brings exactly the right combination of enterprise sales leadership and regional market knowledge to accelerate our APAC business”, explains Pramod Badjate, President and General Manager, NETGEAR Enterprise. “The Pro AV market in Asia-Pacific is growing fast, and we are investing accordingly – in leadership, in channel, and in the education programs that give our partners a genuine competitive edge.”
We’re also making sure that the broader ecosystem has the skills to grow. That is why we have committed to more than 30 classroom training sessions across APAC in the short term, targeting AV integrators, systems engineers, and enterprise IT teams. These are hands-on sessions focused on AV-over-IP design, deployment, and troubleshooting. Genuine technical education that is designed to raise the capability of the people our partners rely on every day. Details on locations, dates, and registration will be available through our regional partner and distributor network.
Both announcements come ahead of InfoComm Asia 2026 in Bangkok (July 15-17), where NETGEAR Enterprise will be at Booth A01. The team will be on hand to demonstrate the Align Controller – our first AV platform, which ships in August – and to discuss the full NETGEAR Enterprise portfolio with integrators, enterprise customers, and regional partners.
If you are attending the show, we would be glad to see you there.
