CHARLES “CJ” PROBER

Chief Executive Officer and Director

Charles "CJ" Prober is our CEO, joining NETGEAR in January 2024. He brings years of experience scaling technology businesses that deliver innovative solutions via a combination of cutting-edge devices and easy to use software. Prior to joining NETGEAR, CJ was President of Life360 where he joined the company through the acquisition of Tile in January 2022. CJ joined Tile as CEO in September 2018 and prior to that served on Tile's Board of Directors. CJ has also held executive leadership roles at GoPro and Electronics Arts. Prior to his executive leadership roles, CJ was a consultant with McKinsey & Company and a corporate attorney with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. CJ currently sits on the Board of Directors of Life360 and Glorious Gaming. He studied business management at the University of Manitoba and law at McGill University.

BRYAN MURRAY

Chief Financial Officer

Bryan Murray has served as our Chief Financial Officer since August 2018. He has been with NETGEAR for over 16 years serving in various management roles within the Finance organization. Prior to assuming the role of CFO, he served as NETGEAR’s Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller. Before joining NETGEAR in 2001, he worked in public accounting at Deloitte. He holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.

MICHAEL FALCON

Chief Operations Officer

Michael F. Falcon has served as our Chief Operations Officer since November 2017, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations and Support from January 2009 to November 2017, Senior Vice President of Operations from March 2006 to January 2009, and Vice President of Operations from November 2002 to March 2006. Prior to joining us, Mr. Falcon was at Quantum Corporation, where he served as Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain Management from September 1999 to November 2002, Meridian Data (acquired by Quantum Corporation), where he served as Vice President of Operations from April 1999 to September 1999, and Silicon Valley Group, where he served as Director of Operations, Strategic Planning and Supply Chain Management from February 1989 to April 1999. Prior to February 1989, Mr. Falcon served in management positions at SCI Systems, an electronics manufacturer, Xerox Imaging Systems, a provider of scanning and text recognition solutions, and Plantronics, Inc., a provider of lightweight communication headsets. Mr. Falcon received a B.A. degree in Economics with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz and has completed coursework in the M.B.A. program at Santa Clara University.

DAVID J. HENRY

President & General Manager of Connected Home Products and Services

David J. Henry currently serves as our President and General Manager of Connected Home Products and Services. He has worldwide responsibility for both Product Marketing and Engineering of our home networking products and services, encompassing product strategy, development and delivery. He has been with NETGEAR since July 2004, most recently serving as our Senior Vice President of Connected Home Products and Services from January 2016 to July 2021. Prior to that David served as Vice President of Product Management of our Retail Business Unit from March 2011 to January 2016 and as our Senior Director of Product Marketing from October 2010 to March 2011. Prior to NETGEAR, Mr. Henry was a senior product manager for the high technology vertical application at Siebel Systems (acquired by Oracle Corporation). His professional experience also includes business process and information technology consulting with Deloitte Consulting. Mr. Henry received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis on Signal Processing, from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

PRAMOD BADJATE

President & General Manager of NETGEAR for Business Products

Pramod Badjate serves as President and GM of NETGEAR for Business. Before joining NETGEAR, he was the Group Vice President and General Manager for the Cognitive Campus business at Arista Networks, where he oversaw significant growth and successful deployments with Fortune 1000 customers. Previously, as SVP and General Manager at Ruckus Networks, he integrated WiFi and switching post-acquisition by Brocade and launched many industry-leading products. Earlier in his career, Pramod held senior engineering roles at Cisco, a leader in enterprise WiFi. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, and a master's in computer science and an MBA from Arizona State University.

KIRSTEN DARU

General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer

Kirsten Daru serves as our General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer, joining NETGEAR in May 2024. She began her career as a class action defense litigator at a major international law firm before spending over 11 years at Electronic Arts (EA) where she was appointed its first Chief Privacy Officer. After EA, Kirsten served as the General Counsel of Tile and when Tile and Life360 merged she was appointed General Counsel of Life360. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation as a strategic leader, focused on fostering a competitive marketplace where innovation can thrive. Kirsten has been nationally recognized as both a top attorney and business strategist. In 2022 she was included in the California Power 50 by the California Women’s Conference and in 2024 she was named an OnCon Icon Top100 Counsel. She earned a degree in Latin from the University of California at Davis before receiving her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

HEIDI CORMACK

Chief Marketing Officer

Heidi Cormack currently serves as our Chief Marketing Officer. She has been with NETGEAR for over 10 years serving in various management roles within the Marketing organization. Under her leadership, she has restructured and rebuilt the global marketing team, successfully launched and built multiple NETGEAR sub-brands and led Company-wide initiatives in data-driven marketing and customer engagement. Prior to assuming the role of CMO, Heidi served as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing from November 2017 to July 2021, Vice President of Corporate Marketing, and Director of Regional Marketing prior to that. Before joining NETGEAR in 2006, Heidi held positions at various companies including Virgin Mobile, RedBull Energy Drink and Sony Computer Entertainment and completed business studies at the Sunshine Coast Business Academy in Australia.

Dr. MARTIN WESTHEAD

Chief Technology Officer of Software

Dr. Martin Westhead is the new CTO of Software for NETGEAR. Dr. Westhead joins the company from the top-rated consumer company, Groupon, with over 45 million active customers and 5-star ratings for their mobile app. In this new role, Dr. Westhead will be accountable for further developing the company’s services and application products as well as setting the overall software technology roadmap that will support the current and future growth of the company. As CTO of Software, Dr. Westhead will also be responsible for partnering with universities and technology thought-leaders in discovering and creating ways to further disrupt the consumer Hardware + Software + Services category. Dr. Westhead has led software organizations at several companies in the consumer web and networking sectors over the course of the past twenty years and has lectured for Stanford’s Continuing Studies Business Department. Dr. Westhead earned his Ph.D. and B.Sc.., from the Department of AI and Computer Science at the University of Edinburgh, U.K.

FIONA SPRATT

Senior Vice President, People

Fiona Spratt serves as Senior Vice President, People at NETGEAR. She has been with the company for more than 10 years, moving up through the ranks of HR positions in EMEA before being appointed to Managing Director NETGEAR International Limited in 2018 in addition to her role as EMEA HR Director. In 2021 she was promoted to Vice President of HR in EMEA. She drove the project to relocate our international headquarters in Cork, Ireland to accommodate a new software development centre of excellence. In doing so, she played a critical role in helping the company to accelerate its transformation towards becoming more software-centric by leveraging the pipeline of diverse talent in Ireland. Prior to joining NETGEAR, she held HR Manager roles at Black & Decker and subsequently Stanley Black & Decker following the merger of both companies. Fiona is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and she earned an honors degree in Social Science at University College Cork, followed by a diploma in Personnel Management at Munster Technical University, Ireland.

ANTONIO LÓPEZ REUS

VP of Strategy and Partnerships

Antonio López Reus serves as VP of Strategy and Partnerships, joining NETGEAR in May 2024. Mr. López Reus joined NETGEAR from Amazon where he led revenue-generating partnerships for Alexa Smart Home. Before Amazon, he worked at Tile, where he managed their Product Partnership program and brought Tile finding technology to leading brands such as Fitbit, Skullcandy, Google Home and Alexa. Mr. López Reus also held positions at Google Nest as Head of Asia-Pacific and Emerging Partnerships and was a Principal with the Boston Consulting Group in the Technology and Telecommunications practice. He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
