As previously announced, this strategic acquisition accelerates our efforts to deliver fully integrated networking and cybersecurity solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Exium’s cloud-native Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution tackles the increasing challenges and cyber security risk faced by IT teams in modern workspaces. The Exium solution offers a comprehensive set of features specifically built for the needs of small and medium enterprises and is tailored to be managed by their MSP or MSSPs. By combining Exium’s SASE platform with our industry-leading network solutions, we’ll be able to offer a unified, simplified solution that enables secure connectivity across remote and hybrid work environments.
With the transaction now complete, we’re excited to welcome former Exium CEO Farooq Khan and his talented team to the NETGEAR family. We’re looking forward to integrating Exium’s technology to bring to market a new class of secure networking products tailored to the needs of modern MSPs and SMEs.
