We’re bringing a stream of new, innovative products to Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026 in Barcelona this February. As AV and broadcast professionals face increasingly complex installation requirements and tighter deployment timelines, we’ve been listening to your needs and delivering solutions that make your work easier, faster, and more reliable.

Here’s what we are delivering:

  • Two new M4350-series managed switches designed for mission-critical applications
  • NETGEAR Engage Controller 2.4 with groundbreaking offline provisioning

All on display at ISE 2026, Booth 2U240, February 3-6 in Barcelona
The new M4350 models address two critical needs we’ve heard from integrators and system designers: the demand for secure, locked connections and the need for high-bandwidth solutions for demanding AV applications.

M4350-16M4V (MSM4320) – Complete Cable Retention

Engineered specifically for live production, touring, and other mission-critical environments, this switch offers a unique combination of industry-standard Neutrik® locking connectors:

  • 16 x 2.5G PoE++ ports (up to 1,130W) for powering AV endpoints
  • 8x Neutrik etherCON ports for secure, live install connections
  • 4x 25G SFP28 uplinks for high-bandwidth aggregation
  • Modular uplink card slot with 4x optional interface cards
  • Redundant internal power supplies with Neutrik powerCON connectors
  • SMPTE ST 2110 support with grandmaster and boundary clock functionality

Choose your preferred 1G, 10G, or 25G fiber transceivers and adapt effortlessly to your specific installation needs, all while ensuring cables stay securely connected during demanding live events.

And the Neutrik connectors are field-replaceable so if a forklift happens to crunch one of the switches, the user can replace the connector right there in the field.

M4350-16C (CSM4316) – 100G Connectivity

Responding to integrator demand for high-bandwidth solutions, the M4350-16C delivers 16 ports of 100G connectivity, ensuring you can deploy demanding, high-bandwidth AV applications without delay.

  • 16x 100G QSFP28 ports for spine, leaf, or core deployments
  • Non-Stop Forwarding (NSF) with hitless failover
  • License-free Layer 3 routing and multicast
  • Quiet operation for AV and broadcast environments

For aggregation and core layers, this switch delivers massive throughput and simplicity at scale for networks of any size.

Available starting in March, these new models bring the M4350 portfolio to a total of 18 offering enterprise-grade managed switching with connectivity options spanning 1G to 100G. Both models support the rigorous timing needs of SMPTE ST 2110, and TAA-compliant SKUs are available for government applications.

Work from anywhere: offline provisioning for Engage

Perhaps the most game-changing announcement is version 2.4 of the NETGEAR Engage Controller software, which will be available for download in February. It introduces a powerful new capability that integrators have been asking for: offline provisioning.
Imagine designing and configuring your entire network from your office (or anywhere) without having the physical hardware connected. That’s now possible.

How Offline Provisioning Works:

  • Create virtual switches and access points for any NETGEAR AV switch or WiFi 7 access point
  • Design complete virtual sites or add virtual devices to existing networks
  • Configure everything in advance as if devices were physically connected
  • Save configurations as reusable templates for faster deployment across multiple projects
  • Export and deploy when ready—either through manual onboarding or Auto-Onboarding when devices connect

This ‘anytime, anywhere’ network configuration saves time and money by minimizing on-site setup and reducing downtime. For integrators juggling multiple projects, the ability to create templates means you can standardize your network designs and deploy them rapidly across similar installations.

Engage Controller 2.4 continues to include the award-winning NETGEAR AV OS™ with certified profiles for all major audio, video, and lighting protocols, removing guesswork and speeding up deployment. Available for Mac and Windows.

“Integrators told us their biggest pain points: too much time on-site, cables that come loose during critical moments, and networks that are hard to scale. We listened”, explains Laurent Masia, senior director product management at NETGEAR. “Offline provisioning means you can configure networks from anywhere and deploy in minutes. Neutrik locking connectors ensure nothing disconnects. And 100G switches mean you’re ready for whatever bandwidth demands come next.”

Want to see these innovations in action? Visit us at Booth 2U240 from February 3-6 at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via in Barcelona, Spain.

Here’s what we have planned:

  • Demos: See the new M4350 switches in person and get a personalized demo of offline provisioning in Engage Controller 2.4
  • Education: Join Laurent Masia’s on-demand sessions on AV-over-IP network design
  • Partners: See more than 200 booths of our 520 partners at ISE from manufacturers who trust NETGEAR AV switches. Look for the ‘Powered by NETGEAR AV’ signs
  • Video Podcast: Have a Success Story using NETGEAR switches to tell? Stop by during show hours and let us record your story.
  • Products and People: The booth will also feature M4250 and other M4350 switches, WiFi 7 access points, and the Pro Router, with the Pro AV Design Services team available for technical questions.

Find out more about these new advancements in AV over IP technology from John Henkel and Laurent Masia during a webinar on Wednesday, January 28, 11am Pacific.
