How to update your device
You can update your M7 Pro quickly and easily using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Update via mobile data (Recommended)
- Ensure your device is powered on and connected to a mobile network
- Tap Settings > Software > Check for Updates
- If a new firmware version is available, follow the prompts to install it
In Case you have trouble updating
If you experience difficulty updating your M7 Pro through mobile data, try one of the methods below to stay connected and complete the update:
Option 2: Switch to LTE-only mode
- Power on your M7 Pro
- Tap Settings > Mobile > Band Region
- Select LTE, then tap OK
This setting temporarily switches your connection to LTE, allowing the update to complete successfully.
Option 3: Use WiFi or Ethernet Offloading
- Connect your M7 Pro to a WiFi network or to a router using an Ethernet cable
- Tap Settings > Software > Check for Updates
- Proceed with the installation if new firmware is available
