iControl Networks and NETGEAR Launch Android Touchscreen for the Smart Home

High-quality, cost effective touchscreen broadens consumer access to next generation connected home features

Redwood City, CA and San Jose, CA - April 24, 2014 -iControl Networks and NETGEAR® announced today the launch of the NETGEAR Security Touch Screen (STS7000), a new Android™ touchscreen for iControl Connect™ solutions. The seven-inch screen is a high-quality, cost effective option that allows users to manage and interact with their homes while staying connected to relevant internet content such as weather, traffic, news, sports and more. The NETGEAR STS7000 is designed to offer end-users superior WiFi performance with fast 802.11n speeds and 2x2 WiFi, helping to ensure reliable connectivity to the dedicated home security network. The STS7000 enables end-users to manage their connected security and home automation devices, all from a simple to use, graphical user interface from anywhere in the home.
