Industry expert joins to spearhead NETGEAR Enterprise sales and channel management across the region<\/em><\/p>\n

October 22, 2025<\/strong>, San Jose, Calif. <\/strong>\u2013 NETGEAR\u00ae Inc. (NASDAQ: NTGR), a global leader in intelligent networking solutions designed to power extraordinary experiences, today announced the appointment of Luca Marinelli, who joins the company as Head of Europe, overseeing the development of NETGEAR\u2019s enterprise customer portfolio and channel partnerships in the region as well as nurturing its expanding European team.<\/p>\n

Marinelli has extensive experience in the technology industry, having held senior roles at Citrix, Microsoft, Cisco, Exclusive Networks, Check Point and Alludo. He spent nine years at Cisco, becoming Managing Director of Channels for the EMEA region, and seven years at Microsoft in Italy where he became Senior Director Enterprise Major and Global Accounts. Following this, he joined Exclusive Networks Italia as CEO and General Manager, taking responsibility for all aspects of the cybersecurity-focused business. At Citrix, Marinelli was VP Partners & Field Marketing for EMEA, and at Alludo he ran the EMEA & ANZ regions.<\/p>\n

As NETGEAR embarks on the next chapter of its journey to grow its enterprise networking business in Europe, Marinelli will be instrumental in driving the next phase of the company\u2019s channel strategy, expanding collaborations with a new generation of partners and strengthening its Managed Service Providers (MSP) ecosystem. Building on a robust enterprise networking portfolio \u2014 recently enhanced with the integration of\u00a0Exium\u2019s SASE Security solutions\u00a0<\/a>\u2014 he aims to accelerate NETGEAR\u2019s growth in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) segment.<\/p>\n
