Quick Start Instructions

  1. Download app from Google Play store for Android users and iTunes for iOS users.
  2. Create an account for new users or sign in using your username and password for existing users.
  3. To find knowledgebase articles and information about your product, select Resources.
  4. To view a list of your registered products and warranty information, select My Products.
  5. To see information about your open and closed cases and RMA, select My Cases.
  6. To make changes on your profile, select My Profile.
