Although we try to remain up to date with the 3G/4G USB adapters we offer compatibility with, there may be new models of adapters that we yet do not support.
If you have any adapters that are currently not supported, please completely fill out the following form and we will try to add compatibility for it in future firmware releases.
Please note that although we strive to deliver results as soon as possible, there is no ETA we can offer for the release of a new firmware after receiving this request form.
Brief description of error or error message when trying to use adapter:
To obtain the diagnostic logs: Reboot unit, try to configure adapter again, then go to Diagnostics page under Maintenance and click the Save button next to Save Diagnostics information.
