Workers’ health and safety is critical to our success, and thus one of our top priorities. NETGEAR frequently monitors workplace cleanliness and safety in an effort to promote hygiene and minimize injuries. Our Corporate Emergency Response Team and Business Continuity Program equip employees with essential knowledge and supplies in case of emergencies. We periodically examine various Health and Safety initiatives at our key partners, such as:

  • Injury and illness
  • Industrial hygiene
  • Ergonomics
  • Machine safeguarding
