The Cars of CES (01/09/2007 4:00 PM)
In our second post on “Getting Dave’s Attention At CES” we’ll focus on modes of transportation. I was under the impression this show would be crawling with “booth bunnies” on display, but it turns out they’ve been replaced by the Hummer… and the RV, and the sports car, mopeds too. I can’t tell you how many Hummers I’ve seen, as I don’t have enough fingers to count that high.
I’m not entirely sure how much traffic these vehicles are driving. Honestly, it seems like the booths with chairs and couches are doing the best. Maybe there’s something to be learned here: I’ll be interested in your products if I can rest my feet in your high-performance sports car.
Bonus coverage: A mechanical bull! Supposedly it’s needed in order to demonstrate image stabilization, but I have my doubts.
